Why this rating. Validators sign consensus votes with BLS12-381. AIP-137 states that other parts of the stack, such as consensus, must also become post-quantum, but no consensus work was found.
Transactions: Post-Quantum Ready
Why this rating. SLH-DSA-SHA2-128s transaction authenticators are merged in aptos-core (AIP-137, Accepted) behind feature flag 107. The flag is off on mainnet, so the scheme is not deployed.
