Why this rating. Circle's roadmap says Arc will move validator signatures to a post-quantum scheme once a suitable one is ready. Validators sign with classical keys today, and no consensus code exists yet.
Transactions: Post-Quantum Ready
Why this rating. Judgment call: the arc-node repository ships an SLH-DSA-SHA2-128s verifier precompile for smart accounts, gated by a hardfork and aimed at the testnet. Account signatures stay classical, and users must opt in.
