Why this rating. Hybrid proof-of-work and proof-of-stake. The node repository holds BLS signature code in crates/pos for stake votes, so signatures take part in finality. No post-quantum work appears in conflux-rust or the CIPs.

Why this rating. Judgment call: accounts use secp256k1 keys. The Conflux-Chain organization has a standalone Dilithium2 signing library (rust-dilithium2), but the node does not use it and no CIP proposes it, so no deployment path exists.
