Why this rating. Judgment call: CometBFT v0.40.0 and Cosmos SDK v0.55.0 ship ML-DSA-65 validator keys. Gaia v29 still runs CometBFT 0.38 with Ed25519 validators, and no Hub proposal enables the key type.

Why this rating. Judgment call: Cosmos SDK v0.55.0 supports ML-DSA-65 account keys and transaction verification. Gaia v29 runs SDK 0.53.8, so Hub accounts still sign with secp256k1. Support is released but not enabled on the Hub.
