Why this rating. Judgment call: X11 proof-of-work mines blocks, but ChainLocks (DIP-8) use LLMQ BLS quorum signatures for chain agreement. No quantum work appears in dashpay/dash, DIPs or the platform repository.

Why this rating. Spending uses secp256k1 ECDSA keys. Searches of dashpay/dash, dashpay/dips and dashpay/platform found no post-quantum proposal or code, and the official roadmap lists none.
