Why this rating. Judgment call: leanSig, leanXMSS and leanVM hash-based signature code targets consensus, but runs only on research devnets. Mainnet validators still sign with BLS.

Why this rating. Judgment call: the protocol has no post-quantum account signatures yet, and accounts use secp256k1 ECDSA. A roadmap covers them, and application-layer smart accounts can already add hash-based co-signing.
