Why this rating. go-flare is an AvalancheGo fork, so validators use BLS keys and TLS-signed proposals. No post-quantum work was found in the go-flare repository or release notes.

Why this rating. The C-Chain uses secp256k1 ECDSA. A 2022 Flare whitepaper proposes a hybrid ECDSA and Dilithium transaction type, but no code, improvement proposal, or schedule was found.
