Why this rating. Tendermint-style BFT finality where every block and validator vote is signed with ML-DSA-65, per the README. The mainnet has run since version 1.0.0 with independent validators.

Why this rating. Every transaction is signed with ML-DSA-65 and no classical signature path exists. Only the libp2p transport still uses classical Noise X25519, which is outside this layer.
