Why this rating. Validators use BLS12-381 authority keys, per iota-types crypto code. No post-quantum consensus work found in the iota repository or IIPs; absence rests on search.

Why this rating. Judgment call: default accounts use Ed25519, Secp256k1 and Secp256r1. ML-DSA, SLH-DSA and Falcon exist only in IOTA Identity credentials. Move authenticators could host custom schemes, but none ships. No base-layer plan found.
