Why this rating. Istanbul-style BFT consensus in the kaia node, signed by validators with secp256k1 keys, with BLS code in crypto/bls. No post-quantum code appears in kaiachain/kaia or kaiachain/kips; absence rests on search.

Why this rating. Accounts use secp256k1 ECDSA. The only post-quantum item found is BTQ's third-party stablecoin layer for Kaia applications, which changes no protocol signature. Neither kaia nor kips contains post-quantum work.
