Why this rating. Judgment call: block production and GRANDPA finality use classical sr25519 and ed25519 keys. The June 2025 Web3 Foundation roadmap would move consensus to Dilithium, testing on Kusama first, but has no merged code.

Why this rating. Judgment call: accounts use classical Substrate signatures. The roadmap plans Falcon accounts with a SNARK migration; the only proposal is draft RFC 165 for hybrid accounts, which waits for FIPS 206. Nothing is deployed.
