Why this rating. MonadBFT validators sign votes with BLS keys (monad-bls crate in monad-bft). No post-quantum plan for consensus appears in the repositories or the forum; absence rests on search.
Transactions: Quantum-Aware
Why this rating. Judgment call: accounts use secp256k1 ECDSA. A draft design on the Monad forum (August 2026) lets accounts swap authenticators in place, including post-quantum ones, without changing the address. It has no implementation spec or code yet.
