Why this rating. Mainnet launched with v1.0.0 and produced blocks on 2026-10-23. Outputs are P2MR only, spent with a SPHINCS+C variant (WOTS+C, FORS+C, at most 2^30 signatures per key) through OP_CHECKSIGPQC. ECDSA and Schnorr spends are rejected.
