Why this rating. Merge-mined with Bitcoin proof-of-work. The block header in rskj carries no signature field, and no signature is needed to produce or finalize a block.

Why this rating. Judgment call: accounts use secp256k1 ECDSA. The only post-quantum item in the RSKIP repository is a 2017 draft (RSKIP37) that mentions a hash-based backup signature, with no code.
