Consensus: Quantum-Vulnerable
Why this rating. Nakamoto blocks need a 70 percent quorum of signer signatures (SIP-021), and signers sign with secp256k1. Anchoring to Bitcoin proof-of-work adds no protection. No post-quantum work found in stacks-core or the SIPs.
Transactions: Quantum-Vulnerable
Why this rating. Transactions carry recoverable secp256k1 ECDSA signatures (SIP-005). Searches of stacks-core and stacksgov/sips found no post-quantum proposal, and the official roadmap lists none.
