Why this rating. Validators use the standard CometBFT Ed25519 consensus key. The project's validator guide and security notes describe no post-quantum work on block signing or commit votes.
Transactions: Post-Quantum
Why this rating. Judgment call: every transaction needs a registered Dilithium3 signature next to the classical one, with no switch to disable it. An account must first link its key under a classical signature.
